Terms that govern your use of the DSYS Inc. website and the information made available through it.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of dsysinc.com(the “Site”), operated by DSYS Inc. (“DSYS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the trademark owner.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. 05.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or availability. DSYS Inc. does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

06.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSYS Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DSYS Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

09.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

10.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
